Beat The Heat: Pinterest Style

I'm Hot!!!

And Unfortunately, i don't mean in a good way.

New York isn't the hottest city in America by any means.  But many of the places I spend my time do not have central AC.  Which means we often live off of fans and window units.  We only have 1 unit in the entire apartment.

So this means, outside of work and hopefully the subway cars, i am hot all of the time.  And I only work 2 days a week.  

Ok so i am not complaining, just giving you background for my Pins this week.  

To buffer the torture that can be the heat, I feel like I dream about a summer liquid diet.  If I could, I would eat and drink nothing but fruits and iced beverages.

So in honor of that, I have picked some pins of my dream diet ;) Once you see the pins you'll notice the tongue and cheek side of that statement.
