Getting Healthy: Pinterest Style

So my roommate and I call ourselves runners. She is definitely more of a runner at heart then I but even so, it had been 2 months since we ran.  Once the half marathon was over so was our running, apparently.  Since then I have gained likely 5-10 pounds.  I lost probably 5pounds in the gap too but then gained it all back.  So this weekend we brought back the running.

For me, the journey back to the run was much more difficult but thankfully Ashley was much more motivated. The run on Saturday was tough but it wasn't awful.  We decided to keep it going but unfortunately this week may not let us do much of an outside routine. RAIN, RAIN, AND MORE RAIN.

I also wanted to do better at planning meals (Breakfast, Lunch AND Dinner). So today I have been looking at Pinterest and online for some ways to not only plan meals but also to help motivate a Healthier lifestyle. I can't afford new clothes so slimming down is my better option.

So the following items are my attempts at getting more healthy. Enjoy.
